Jefferson Bethlehem Running Festival
The Jefferson Bethlehem Running Festival takes place October 16–18, 2026 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The three-day weekend is presented by Jefferson Health and benefits the American Cancer Society. Events include trail, kids, road, and relay races that run through historic and park areas of the city.

- Kids Run with age-graded distances and mascot at the finish
- 3.1 miles 5K over the Fahy Bridge, flat and neighbor-lined
- 6.2 miles 10K down historic Main Street
- 13.1 miles Half Marathon with two river crossings
- B. Braun Half Marathon Relay for three-person teams splitting 13.1 miles
All races start and finish at SteelStacks, with the finish-line party on the Levitt Lawn. The half marathon crosses the Lehigh River twice and passes the Monocacy Trail, Illick’s Mill, and the Colonial Industrial Quarter including the Moravian settlement. The half marathon course is USATF-certified (PA23026NP) and shows 21.0975 km with a 381 foot high point and a 210 foot low point.
Relay teams compete for the B. Braun Corporate Cup; relay entries are company-scored and split into two five-mile legs plus a 5K. Options include combined-event challenges such as the Double Play, Triple Play, and Quadruple Play. Weekend amenities include Run Club Row for registered clubs and a Lexus VIP Experience with dedicated parking, an indoor room, bag check, and refreshments.
