Stillhouse 100K
The Stillhouse 100K is a 100K out and back on the Cumberland Trail singletrack near Soddy Daisy, TN. The course follows the route of the point-to-point Upchuck 50K doubled into an out and back and uses technical singletrack with sustained climbing and descending.
The route includes large climbs and descents into Soddy Creek, Possum Creek, and Rock Creek, and accumulates roughly 12,000 ft of elevation gain. Aid stations are placed at intervals of about every 10 miles, with three stations that accept drop bags. Pacers are allowed from the turnaround (mile 31) at the Leggett Rd aid station and may be picked up at the Heiss Mountain Rd aid station (mile 49); one pacer per runner at a time.
Crew access is available at Heiss Mountain Rd (outbound mile 18), Leggett Rd (mile 31), and Heiss Mountain Rd (inbound mile 49). Awards are presented after the race and all finishers receive race swag. The start and finish are located at 190 Depot St, Soddy Daisy, TN. Registration for the next edition opens June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET.
