Canmore #2 2027
A 5 Peaks Trail Running event held at the Canmore Nordic Centre in Canmore, Alberta on September 4, 2027. The course uses a mix of singletrack and doubletrack through the Nordic Centre trail network and features sustained climbs, technical and flowy singletrack sections, and significant elevation gain with mountain backdrops.

- Kids - 1 km (free, morning-of registration)
- Kids - 3 km
- Sport (Run or Hike) - 6.5 km
- Enduro (Run or Hike) - 13 km
- Grit (Run) - 19.3 km
Packet pick up is available the day before at Strides Canmore and on race day at the Canmore Nordic Centre. Post race food is listed as available in the expo. Swag and medals are not included with individual race registration and must be collected at the event.
Safety and event policies include a requirement that all Sport, Enduro, and Grit participants carry bear spray on course, no cups at start, finish, or aid stations so participants should carry their own hydration vessel for longer outings, and a Kananaskis Pass is required for parking and is not included with registration. Dogs, headphones, strollers, and baby joggers are not allowed on course. Hiking poles are permitted only in non competitive hiking categories.
Awards are given to top three finishers by gender in each age category for each distance, plus top three male and female overall. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
