5 Golden Rings Run

The 5 Golden Rings Run is part of a 12 Days of Christmas series held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose one target distance and must complete it within a seven hour time limit. The course is offroad, runs entirely within the manor grounds, and uses 2.5k laps. Each lap includes a hill and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards.

Events are open to walkers and runners. There are both in-person and virtual participation options. Race bibs are collected at registration on the day; virtual bibs are emailed in advance and may take a day or two to arrive. Paid virtual entrants can receive the same type of medal as in-person finishers once their run is verified; free virtual participation is recorded on the results list but does not include a medal.

Entry fees are non refundable. Published entry fees include Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. A charity entry option is available for a reduced entry fee of £10.00 provided the entrant commits to raising a minimum sponsorship amount and meets the organiser’s conditions.
