Course and aid stations

The 25K course is mostly single-track trail with about 7.5 miles inside Washington Crossing Park and some short road sections. The 50K follows the same first 7.5 miles, then crosses Church Road into the state side of Baldpate, connects to Pleasant Valley Road, circles the Howell Living Farm via Valley Road, and continues on the Dry Run Creek Trail toward the Rock Hopper trail. Rock Hopper is described as the most technical section. The route includes an out-and-back segment that uses Blue, Red, and Orange trails, crosses a creek and power lines, then returns the same way.

Aid stations are located near the Nature Center in Washington Crossing Park, near the Pleasant Valley Road parking lot at Baldpate, and at the trail head to Rock Hopper on Route 518. Participants exit Rock Hopper, cross back over Route 518, and return to Washington Crossing along the inbound route.
