The Winter Trails of Manly Dam is a trail running event held at Manly Dam in Sydney. The course is based on an 8 km loop that takes participants along the water's edge and across the Manly Dam Bridge. The route consists of trails that include both waterside sections and a descent toward the bridge.

The event offers four distinct distances based on the number of completed laps:

  • 8 km: The Trail Taster (one lap)
  • 16 km: The Trail Trekker (two laps)
  • 24 km: The Trail Blazer (three laps)

This is a fully timed event featuring live tracking and instant results. The course is clearly marked to guide runners around the loop. Aid stations are positioned along the route to provide nutrition and hydration. Safety services are provided by St John Ambulance, with staff stationed at the event site.

Facilities at the venue include a car park situated 10 metres from the registration area, as well as toilets and outdoor showers located within 20 metres. The registration desk is located at picnic table number 10. Participants receive a finisher medal and have access to post-event food and drinks.
