The Winery at Marjim Manor Haunted Halloween Run is a trail race taking place on October 26, 2025 in Appleton, New York at The Winery at Marjim Manor (7171 Lake Road). The course is a scenic single loop of approximately 3.3 miles that runs primarily on groomed trails and through Bittner/Singer apple orchards. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes; costume wearers may be eligible for prize awards. Participants may bring one bag each to fill with apples provided free by Bitner Singer Orchards.

Logistics and awards

Online registration stays open until race day and a mail-in registration option is available; mail-in entries require submission of both race waivers and payment. Registration fees are listed as $35 through October 17, 2025, then $40 through race day. The registration package includes a custom race shirt (guaranteed through October 17, 2025), a 9 oz stemless wine glass presented at the awards ceremony, professional timing and finish-line services, post-race snacks and bottled water, and music. Free parking is available at Marjim Manor.

Handcrafted trophies will be presented to the first overall male and female finishers. Age group winners will be recognized and receive a keepsake 9 oz stemless wine glass. In case of foul weather or public-safety concerns, organizers may convert the event to a virtual 5K; there are no refunds in that scenario.
