Course, logistics, and awards
The 50K is a point-to-point route that starts in Suwannee Springs and runs back to Stephen Foster State Park. The 25K is point-to-point as of 2024. The 10K is a single loop contained within Stephen Foster State Park. Much of the course runs along the Suwannee River and through oak and cypress stands. The 50K is described as having close to zero repetition.
Shuttle service from the finish to the start is available for the point-to-point distances for an extra cost; the shuttle for the 50K is approximately a 30 minute drive. The published cutoffs include a 50K cutoff of 10.5 hours, a 25K cutoff of 6 hours, and a 10K cutoff of 2.5 hours. The 50K lists three aid stations.
