Course and logistics
The 50K is a point-to-point route that starts in Suwannee Springs and finishes at the state park. The 50K has a 10.5 hour time limit and organizers offer an optional pre-race shuttle for an additional cost; the shuttle route is approximately a 30 minute drive from the finish to the start. The 25K is point-to-point with an optional shuttle from the finish to the start. The 10K is a single loop that starts and finishes within Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park.
The trail runs along the Suwannee River and is lined with oaks, cypress, and magnolia trees. The route includes long stretches with little or no repetition of trail sections.
Awards and race items
