Village Creek 10k/25k Trail Run

The Village Creek 10k/25k Trail Run takes place at Village Creek State Park near Wynne, Arkansas. The event is in its 13th year and uses the park's multi-use trail system that covers about 26 miles on Crowley's Ridge within nearly 7,000 acres.

The course runs over mixed trail terrain with creeks, mud, leaves, sticks, steep ridgelines, and a rolling pipeline. The start and finish are located at the edge of the lower campground, which includes bath houses. Camping and park cabins are available near the event area.

Distances offered:

• 25K: out and back route; bib check at turnaround; 6 hour time limit.
• 10K: follows the same route with turnaround at marker 16 (picnic table).

Aid stations are placed at approximate halfway points for both races. The event is cup free, so participants use personal bottles. Registration opens August 1, 2026. There is no race day registration. No refunds are offered and entries are not transferable to the following year. Apparel distribution is distance specific: 10K participants receive a shirt only and 25K participants receive a hoodie only. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
