The organiser supplies race bibs and event timing wristbands. The 50 km course requires competitors to have the capacity to carry at least 2 litres of water. Water and aid station support is provided as follows: 50 km at 14 km, 30 km and 41 km; 21 km at 11 km; 10 km has no aid stations. First aid personnel will be roaming the course and stationed at aid stations.
Transport to start locations: 50 km runners are transported by bus included in the entry fee and private transport to that start is not permitted. 21 km and 10 km runners may book a shuttle or use private transport. The organiser sets a mandatory equipment list that must be carried at all times and also provides a recommended equipment list, which includes basic first aid, extra food and sun protection. Spectator access is restricted at the 50 km start; spectators are permitted at the 21 km and 10 km starts. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
