Ultra Trail Forillon
Gaspé, Canada • 18-20 Sep 2026
Ultra Trail Forillon Desjardins
Evénements Gaspesia, in partnership with Parks Canada, organizes a trail running event on the Côte-de-Gaspé with multiple formats and finishes inside Forillon National Park on the shores of Gaspé Bay. Routes run mainly on single-track trails and reach several noted viewpoints.
The event includes linear ultra races, three-day stage races, and shorter trail races ranging from 1 km to ultra distances. The Pace du Bonheur program exempts races of 45 km and under from cut-off times. The 100-mile race has a 36-hour time limit. Races of 50 km and longer require mandatory gear; equipment checks are conducted at bib pickup.
Participant services include paid shuttle transport to start areas for runners only, drop bag service for designated ultra distances, and aid stations along the routes. Race rules cover visible bib placement, prohibition of racing with another person’s bib, and guidance on headphone use; full details and cut-off times are available in the athlete guide. Transfer of a bib before the published deadline and conversion of registration value into a credit under specified conditions are provided by the organizer.
