Checkpoints provide refreshments and hot food at indoor locations, with several checkpoints designated as water-only. A medic, first responder or first aider will be available at each checkpoint. Participants must attend all checkpoints and have details recorded.

Dropbags are permitted for the finish and at two midrace checkpoints and must be labelled and handed in at race registration. A single pacer on foot is allowed from the halfway point under specific rules; support crew access is restricted at several checkpoints and a single vehicle per runner is requested. Optional coach transport back to the start is available for a fee and must be pre-booked.
