TSUNAMI Ocean Trails is a trail running event on Saturday 6 June 2026 along the North Devon and Cornish coastline. The courses follow rugged clifftops and cliff trails between Westward Ho!, Clovelly, Hartland Quay and Bude. The course terrain is described as wild and remote with long sections without towns or villages. The event holds a permit from the Trail Running Association and all finishers receive a bespoke medal.

  • Marathon - Clovelly Marathon (Clovelly to Bude)
  • Sixteen - 16 miles (Hartland Quay to Bude)

The marathon route includes almost 2,000 m of ascent. The Sixteen route includes a steep, vertiginous section from Hartland Quay. Courses are fully marked and marshalled, with stocked checkpoints run by volunteers, and first aid available on course and at HQ. Bus transport from Castle Bude to each race start is available to purchase: Ultra start £15, Marathon start £12, 16-mile start £12. Dogs are not permitted with runners during the race.
