Tower Rock Run 10K

Tower Rock Run - Sheep Creek Geological Loop

Daggett County Tourism stages an in-person running event at the Sheep Creek Canyon Geological Area in Manila, UT. The event includes multiple distances and provides free parking. The organizer notes a no refunds policy.

Available distances:

• 10 km start above Palisades Picnic Area
• 5 km start near Tower Rock
• 1 mile fun run starts one mile from the finish line

All races finish at Navajo Cliffs Picnic Area on the Sheep Creek Geological Loop. The course is described as mostly downhill. All participants meet and check in at the finish area for transportation to the various starting lines.

Timing staff and volunteers will record finish times as runners cross the line; participants may also use a personal timing app and verify results with the timers. Prizes are awarded to overall male and female winners for the 10 km and 5 km and to male and female age group winners. Refreshments and prize drawings take place at the finish area.

Each registered participant receives a bag containing a racer t shirt, race bib and safety pins, a sponsor sheet, and giveaway items. Final race updates will be emailed the week of the event. Last minute registrations are accepted but correct shirt sizes may not be available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
