Tobermory Trail Race Weekend
The Tobermory Trail Race Weekend takes place September 12 and 13, 2026 in Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five Marine National Park. Saturday offers several trail distances that follow a section of the Bruce Trail running north into Tobermory. Sunday features the Flowerpot Island 5 km run with a boat transfer and a post-run breakfast.

The 7 km and 21 km include a bus ride to their start locations. The 5 km includes a boat tour to and from Flowerpot Island and a breakfast after the run. Entry fees listed are: Marathon $99, Half marathon $89, 7k Run $69, 5K Run $102 (including boat ride), 5K Spectator $69 (including boat ride).
The weekend supports the Tobermory Primary Place Child Care Centre; in 2025 the event raised $13,454.23 and total funds raised since 2016 are $93,629.23. The organizers acknowledge that the events take place on the traditional land of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation and thank the people of that territory for their stewardship.
