TKAL, l'instant Trail is a traditional Breton trail event that offers a rustic and authentic experience in the scenic valleys of Rance, Néal, and the Rophemel lake. Participants can choose from five distances ranging from 10 to 37 kilometers, featuring technical and challenging terrain. New additions this year include the 25K TKAL des Mégalithes and the 14K TKAL Pop, both designed to showcase the area's natural beauty. The event also promotes eco-responsibility by encouraging runners to bring their own cups.
