The Sticks : Norton, KS
The Sticks is a timed ultra-style race held on a farmstead outside Norton, KS. The event offers multiple timed options and uses a repeated loop course on mowed pasture and dirt road. The loop is listed as the same 3/4.25-mile circuit and runners complete as many full laps as they can in their chosen time option. One well-stocked aid station at the start/finish will be staffed continuously for the duration of the events.

Rules and logistics include a 75 participant cap, a strict one vehicle per runner limit, and a requirement to check in at the start/finish before beginning each loop. Only full laps count; pacers are allowed only after 24 hours. All runners receive a race shirt, distance-specific belt buckles for several ultra milestones, and medals for 26.2 miles.
