The Sticks is a timed ultrarunning event organized by Ultraverse Supplements on a farmstead outside Norton, KS. The event offers multiple time-limited race options and is professionally chip timed with live lap tracking updated after each completed lap.

• 72 hour event
• 48 hour event
• 24 hour event
• 12 hour event
• 6 hour event

The course uses a repeated 3 mile loop composed of mowed pasture and dirt road. The terrain is not strictly flat and includes rolling hills and uneven mowed sections. Runners may optionally take a 4.3 mile dirt road loop during two one-hour windows every six hours; that optional loop can be started anytime within the window and does not need to be finished within the hour.

Facilities and services include one well-stocked aid station at the start/finish manned continuously for the duration of the events, an indoor shower, free camping at the start/finish with porta-potties, and race food typical of ultra events including ramen at night and cooked brunch and dinner. An electrolyte/carb drink (Proxima C) will be provided.

Key rules and limits: no refunds, no bib transfers, 75 participant cap, strict one vehicle per runner including crew, no unattended children, and age restrictions for running and alcohol.
