The course follows the scenic Severn Way, passing through towns like Upton-on-Severn, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Epney, Priding, and Frampton-on-Severn. The route is relatively flat with an ascent of 365 meters and descent of 392 meters.

Runners receive a bespoke medal and a head visor upon finishing. The event features four checkpoints offering vegan and gluten-free food options. Navigation is recommended via GPX files due to occasional overgrown paths.
