Entry, logistics and awards
In-person registration is priced at $42 through September 13, then $50 after that date. A virtual option opens separately; the virtual fee is $30, with a $25 option without a shirt. Registration opens August 1, 2026 for the in-person event and July 19, 2026 for the virtual event. Race capacity is limited to 170 runners due to parking constraints. Last-chance packet pickup is available on race day at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary, 3885 Raven Run Way, Lexington, KY 40515.
The virtual option allows participants to run, walk, or hike a 10K prior to September 28, 2026. Virtual participants receive a commemorative shirt by mail; there are no awards or official results for virtual entries, and results are on the honor system. The event enforces a 2.5-hour pace limit (24 minute per mile). Awards are presented to the Top 3 male and female overall finishers and Top 3 male and female in age groups 0-9, 10-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+.
