The RAMSDEN (50KM) at Heights Ultra Trail is a circular 50km ultra starting and finishing at Colne Valley High School in Linthwaite, Huddersfield. The route traverses wonderful trails and open moorland with stunning vistas, designed to deliver a memorable ultra-running experience. It is inclusive, welcoming hikers and LDWA, with the option to start early if requested, and generous cut-offs for safety. The event features two well-stocked feed stations plus an extra water stop, live GPS timing, and a full-color waterproof map. Runners must carry a mandatory kit; the course is well waymarked though some moorland sections require navigation; marshals and rescue teams provide support, and dietary needs are accommodated.
