The RAMSDEN (50KM) at Heights Ultra Trail is a circular 50km ultra starting and finishing at Colne Valley High School in Linthwaite, Huddersfield. The route traverses wonderful trails and open moorland with stunning vistas, designed to deliver a memorable ultra-running experience. It is inclusive, welcoming hikers and LDWA, with the option to start early if requested, and generous cut-offs for safety.

The event features two well-stocked feed stations plus an extra water stop, live GPS timing, and a full-color waterproof map. Runners must carry a mandatory kit; the course is well waymarked though some moorland sections require navigation; marshals and rescue teams provide support, and dietary needs are accommodated. Cragg Vale on 1 July 2026 is a 4 miles (6.4 km) fell race with 244 m of climb run from the village near Cragg Vale Church. Entry on the day is £8 cash and registration and refreshments are based at Cragg Church.

A 9.5 km fell race to the summit of Win Hill on 1 July 2026 with 451 metres of ascent. Entry is by on the day fee and all profits support local charities and community groups.

Part of a three-race Foodbank series organised by Bramhall Runners, this multi-terrain 5.5 km takes place in Happy Valley, Bramhall. The race is manually timed, limited to 250 runners and has a minimum age of 13.

A guided trail running weekend in Edale, Peak District, on 3-5 July 2026 featuring the 23 mile Edale Skyline and an optional 10 km loop, bunkhouse accommodation and coaching from a qualified guide.
