THE LIMBERLOST CHALLENGE is set for Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada. Course and logistics
The course runs on trails inside a privately owned forest and wildlife reserve. The route includes sections alongside lakes, through a wetland with beaver dams, steep inclines, creek crossings and mud sections, and technical trail areas that require careful footwork as well as sections that allow faster running. The course will be well marked and volunteers will be present on race day. Lunch is provided for runners in the 7 to 56 km events, and packet pickup and mandatory pre-race instructions are part of race day operations. Awards are scheduled for each distance.
