The Legacy Trail Ultra

The Legacy Trail Ultra is a free 60-kilometer ultramarathon held in Sarasota, Florida. In its fourth year, the event follows an out-and-back course along the Legacy Trail, starting at Payne Park and heading south about 18.6 miles before returning to the start. There are no road closings and only limited aid stations, with a 10-hour time limit to complete the distance.

New this year are completed overpass bridges at Bee Ridge and Clark, easing intersection delays. Limited relay spots are available.
