GNW Trail Running Festival

GNW Trail Running Festival is a trail running event held on 20 September 2026. The event publishes staged entry periods for 2026 with Earlybird entries opening 22 March, Standard entries opening 25 May, Late entries opening 27 July, Super Late entries opening 14 September, and all entries closing 17 September 2026.

Three race distances are offered with measured ascent, descent and cut off times:

  • 10K: actual distance 9.6 km, ascent 329 m, cut off 4 hours
  • 30K: actual distance 29.2 km, ascent 770 m, cut off 8 hours, qualifier under 4:10
  • 50K: actual distance 50.3 km, ascent 1485 m, cut off 11 hours, qualifier under 9:00

Entry fees for 2026 vary by distance and entry period. Fee ranges are: 10K from $65 to $95, 30K from $110 to $170, and 50K from $160 to $220. The event records total ascent and descent values for each distance and specifies cut off times for completion. The 30K and 50K distances are listed as qualifiers for the 2026 Six Foot Track event with specified time thresholds.

True Grit NSW 2026 is a military inspired obstacle course event in Lower Portland NSW on 27 June 2026, organised by True Grit, with team entry and volunteer options.
