The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast

The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle-based fun run held at Glenworth Valley on the Central Coast. The event features a course with over 25 different obstacles, including mud pits, large inflatable waterslides, and approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Participants can complete the course at their own pace, and all obstacles are optional.

The event structure includes:

Registration is open to participants aged 7 and older. Runners aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied on the course by a registered adult, while those aged 13 to 17 may participate without a chaperone. For children aged 6 and under, a dedicated kids zone is available featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house.

The festival grounds include a variety of amenities and activities. Spectators can access the festival area, which contains local vendors, food stalls, and a beer garden. Registered participants receive a race kit containing a string bag, buff, temporary tattoo, and a finisher's medal. On-site facilities for runners include water stations, shower stations, and change rooms. The event supports Make-A-Wish Australia through fundraising and donation opportunities.
