Témis Zombies 2026
Témis Zombies is an immersive themed race held in Laverlochère, Quebec. The event features a course of approximately 4 km that includes several surprise obstacles. Designed as a survival challenge, participants start the race with two "flags" representing their lives. A group of actors dressed as zombies attempts to steal these flags throughout the route.
The meeting point is located at the Laverlochère community hall at 11 rue Saint-Isidore. The race takes place in total darkness, requiring all participants to wear a headlamp, which is available for rent if needed. The total duration of the activity is estimated at one hour.
Participants are released in waves of 30 people to ensure a smooth flow on the course. Three distinct wave types are available based on running pace:
- Frissons Wave: for those maintaining a moderate pace to focus on the experience.
- Cauchemardesque Wave: for intermediate participants.
- Infernale Wave: intended for faster runners.
To earn the "Survivor" status, participants must complete the entire course and cross the finish line with at least one flag intact. The organization offers a full refund policy up to two weeks before the event or a registration transfer in case of extreme weather conditions or safety issues.
