Témis Ultra

Témis Ultra is an endurance running event held in Laniel, Quebec, Canada, set within the stunning natural backdrop of Parc National d'Opémican. Participants aim to complete the greatest number of loops on an 8 km course within time limits of 3, 6, or 12 hours, or opt for a single 8 km lap at their own pace.
