Tasmania's Gone Nuts 101 Adventure Run
Tasmania's Gone Nuts 101 Adventure Run is scheduled for Saturday February 28, 2026, in North West Tasmania. The event starts at The Nut in Stanley and finishes at the Wynyard Yacht Club in Wynyard. The course follows coastline, climbs through Rocky Cape National Park, and traverses coastal bush and temperate rainforest.
The route passes rolling farmland that drops to Bass Strait, varied beaches including long white sand and small crescent bays, and rocky bays of volcanic origin. The final section includes a circuit around Table Cape and a coastline link from Boat Harbour Beach to Table Cape that includes private land not open outside race day.
Distances and entry formats:
- 101 km - individual or team of 2, 3 or 4
- 75 km - individual
- 50 km - individual or team of 2
- 25 km - individual only, exclusive final leg
Organizers state that generous cut off times apply for all legs. The finish area at Wynyard Yacht Club will host race presentations and spectator activities on Saturday afternoon and evening. Entries open October 1, 2025. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
