The Stoos Trail offers three different course lengths: ST10 (10 km), ST24 (24 km), and ST46 (46 km). The ST10 leads from the start/finish area through the Ingenbohl forest to the valley station of the Stoos cable car and back. The ST24 starts in Ingenbohl-Brunnen and passes through various checkpoints, including the mountain prize on the Fronalpstock, before heading back to the finish. The challenging ST46 starts at the valley station of the Stoos railway in Schlattli and leads through the Muotathal and various mountain stations before returning to Ingenbohl-Brunnen.
