The course uses a 5K loop and combines paved sections with natural trails. Park entry is included with registration. Parking is limited and the drive from the park gate to the visitor centre is about 15 minutes.
Rules and logistics noted by the organizer include a prohibition on dogs and strollers for safety reasons. 15K participants must be able to finish within two hours.
