Route

Logistics and requirements
A car park is available at the meeting location. The site is a short run or taxi ride from a train station. Participants are advised to have run at least 22 miles in training and to be able to sustain an average pace of about 10 minutes per mile (6 minutes per km) on trail for prolonged periods. A full kit list will be provided in advance. An alcohol-free beer may be offered at the end of the run, subject to availability.
