SilverBackTrails Othnesbery’s Revenge is a challenging trail running event held in the stunning North York Moors National Park. Covering approximately 10 miles, the course features forest tracks, heather-clad moorland, and multiple ascents of Roseberry Topping, a distinctive hill with historical Viking connections. Participants navigate a route marked with marshals and flags, supported by a checkpoint offering refreshments.

The event emphasizes safety, requiring runners to carry mandatory kit including waterproofs, navigation tools, and emergency supplies. Limited to 50 competitors aged 16 and over, all finishers receive a bespoke medal and certificate. The race offers a rugged, scenic experience with a "sting in the tail" challenge near Odin’s Seat.
