The course runs entirely on the Suffolk County Long Island Greenbelt Trail. The trail is maintained but does occasionally run on roads and cross roads. Course markings will be in place. A route collection and a full map are available for download from the organizer.

Logistics and requirements

Aid stations are fully stocked and will include Hyle Hydration and Huma gels at each station, plus sandwiches, snacks, sodas, candy and fruit. Crew information and aid station details will be provided by the organizer. Each entrant will receive a logoed shirt and a finisher award; the organizer notes the award may not be a traditional medal.

Parking is at the finish area of Heckscher Park. Bus transport to the start is available for ticket holders; drop-off at the start is also allowed. Check-in will be held at the start line before the race to confirm participants on course. Registration closes on Wed, Apr 15 at 11:59 PM ET. Entrants are required to donate two hours of trail or volunteer time between signup and April 1, or donate $20 to the Long Island Greenbelt Trail. Refunds are generally not offered; rollovers or transfers to other events are the usual option, and refunds are not available within 14 days of the event.
