Carsington Water Half Marathon and 10k, 14 February 2026

This event takes place at Carsington Water near Ashbourne, Derbyshire, with routes run on trail paths around the reservoir. Two distances are offered:

  • Half Marathon

The course is undulating and follows trails around the reservoir. The half marathon is an out-and-back section followed by one full loop of the reservoir. The 10K covers almost a full loop. Each kilometre on the route is accurately marked.

Entries include a themed medal, water and post-race goodies. A commemorative event t-shirt is available at checkout for £15 (retail value £25). Entry prices listed for the event are £30 for the 10K, £34 for the Half Marathon and £80 for a RunThrough Foundation Place (no fundraising required). GPX files are provided for both the 10K and half marathon courses.
