About the race
The Hightail Race, part of the Mountain Goat Trail Series, takes place at Mt Coot-Tha, starting from the Legacy Way Car Park. This thrilling 12km trail run features a mix of downhill fire trails and challenging climbs, including the Pinnacles track and the exciting Powerful Owl trail. Participants will navigate through scenic paths like the Eugenia circuit and Litchfield track, culminating in a speedy descent down Mahogany track.
