Run the Ranch - Sebring

Event

The Highlands County Cattlewomen's Run the Ranch is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026, in Sebring, FL. The event is the 11th annual 5K light trail run held at Rafter T Ranch, 7400 Arbuckle Creek Rd, Sebring, FL 33870. Proceeds benefit Highlands County scholarships for graduating seniors. The 5K takes place on a road that is fenced away from livestock. Race winners in each age category will receive medals. The venue allows families and children to continue at their own pace once racers have cleared the starting line.

Registration and race details

Standard registration is listed at $30, with a discounted price of $20 for participants under 18. The registration fee includes a t-shirt for registrations completed by January 15, 2026; online registrations after that date will not be able to select a shirt size and are not guaranteed a shirt. Additional shirts, including long-sleeved dry fit shirts, are available for purchase in the event store. A limited number of extra shirts will be brought to the event until supplies run out. On-site registration is available for $40 beginning at 7:00 a.m. on race day and accepts cash or check only. Price increases after January 15, 2026.
