Run LOViT takes place February 21-22, 2026 near Hot Springs, Arkansas, with the start/finish on Mountain Harbor Resort property (994 Mountain Harbor Rd, Mt Ida, AR). The event offers two distances:

Course, support and logistics

The course follows the Lake Ouachita Vista Trail (LOViT), a single-track route along ridgelines and the southern rim of Lake Ouachita. Trail character is rocky with rolling hills; surface includes trail and dirt road with rocks, roots, and ruts. Total climb is listed as about 50 to 150 feet per mile (approximately 2,500 to 7,500 feet in 50 miles).

Aid and services include 13 manned aid stations on the 100K course and 22 on the 100 Mile course. Drop bags are accepted for Start/Finish, Tompkin's Bend (100 Mile only), Crystal Springs Pavilion, and Avery Rec Area and will be returned to the finish area. Standard ultra food and fluids are provided at aid stations; runners with special dietary needs should plan accordingly.

Safety and gear: runners must carry a water bottle or hydration pack and a light when running in the dark; a backup light is recommended. Pacers and safety runners are allowed in designated pacing sections under event rules. Finish recognition includes an event shirt and custom items, medals for 100K finishers, and a finisher's buckle for 100 Mile finishers.
