Rogue Gorge is a two-day trail running event staged at Union Creek, Oregon, in the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The event is produced by Daybreak Racing and takes place along the Rogue Gorge Trail and Upper Rogue River Trail, a National Recreation Trail. Races run along the rim of the Upper Rogue Wild & Scenic River through old-growth forest, basalt canyons, lava tube features and waterfalls. A portion of race proceeds will be donated to the Siskiyou Mountain Club.
Courses and race details
- 50 Miler : point-to-point, 99% singletrack, 4000 ft ascent, 5900 ft descent, 6 aid stations.
- 50K : 31.0 miles, mostly point-to-point in 2026, 99% singletrack, 3000 ft ascent and descent, 4 aid stations.
- Half Marathon : 13.4 miles, mostly out-and-back, 98% singletrack, 900 ft ascent and descent, 1 aid station at mile 7.
- 12K : 7.5 miles, lollipop loop-style, 98% singletrack, about 330 ft ascent and descent.
The event provides marked courses, aid stations, medical support, timing and results, event photography and custom finisher awards. The 50 Miler and 50K are point-to-point races that use shuttles for participant transport; the Half Marathon and 12K are held on the second day.
