Ridge Rambler Half Marathon

The Ridge Rambler Half Marathon is an annual point-to-point race held in Bridgeport, California, with the 8th edition scheduled for September 27, 2025. The course starts at about 7,100 feet elevation near Lower Twin Lakes and follows a scenic route around the lake before descending toward Buckeye Road at 6,800 feet. Runners then climb a ridge with rolling hills, reaching a high point of 7,130 feet, and finish at 6,600 feet.

A shuttle service is provided from the finish back to the start. The event supports Bridgeport Elementary School, and participants registering early receive a t-shirt and medal. An after-party is planned. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
