The Ridge Rambler is a half marathon held near Twin Lakes, outside Bridgeport, California. Entry fee is $70 per person or $80 after July 31. Registration after August 26 does not guarantee a t-shirt or medal. Registration closes on September 25 at 11:59 PM PT. Net proceeds go to Bridgeport Elementary School.

Check in is located on South Twin Road near the Lower Twin Lake Boating Site, about a mile or two from the start. Runners check in at that location and may take a shuttle to the starting area or drive down the road alongside the lake and park on the roadside. A shuttle will be available at the finish to return runners to their cars; organizers ask for advance notice from runners who will need a ride back to their vehicles.

The course is point to point. The start is on the back side of Lower Twin at about 7,100 ft. The route runs around the lake and drops toward Buckeye Road at about 6,800 ft, then climbs the ridge where rolling hills lead to a high point near 7,130 ft. The finish is near 6,600 ft.

There are three aid stations with water along the course. The finish area will provide water, snacks, and a medal.
