Event overview

Red Run Day 2025 takes place on Sunday 9 November 2025 at the Enoggera Reservoir Circuit in D'Aguilar National Park, The Gap, Brisbane. The event is an 8.5 km trail run, jog and walk around the reservoir on wide fire trails. The course includes some rough terrain and a few short, sharp hills and offers bushland and lake views. The route is expected to take about two hours to complete. The event is held in honour of Remembrance Day.

Support and fundraising

Registration is required in advance and the ticket is complimentary. Each participant has a fundraising goal of $50 to support stigma-free mental wellness services for Queensland veterans and frontline personnel. Participants receive a race bib, a Red Run medal and a Trek2Health bandana. Event support includes staffed aid stations for water and roaming medical professionals in 4x4 vehicles. After the event there is coffee and a complimentary BBQ provided by a local Lions Club. Fundraising rewards are offered at set targets, for example an endurance shirt for early fundraisers and additional apparel items at higher fundraising levels.
