Ragnar Trail Florida is a team trail relay held December 4-5, 2026 at Alafia River State Park in Lithia, FL, located about 30 minutes outside of Tampa. The park address is 13300 S County Road 39, Lithia, FL 33547.

The event is the organizer's last race of the season. The full relay totals 126.4 miles with 15.8 miles per runner on average. Total elevation gain for the course is 5,248 feet with an average gain per runner of 656 feet. The course sits near sea level and has little elevation gain, featuring giant ferns, shaded forests, and tranquil equestrian trails with Florida sun and forest views.

Teams can register in several formats and pricing tiers. Standard Team: $1,495 for 8 runners, 2 days and 1 night (about $186 per runner). Ultra Team: $850 for 4 runners, 2 days and 1 night (about $212 per runner). Sprint Team: $375 for 3 runners, 1 day (about $125 per runner). A price increase for Standard Team is scheduled for June 19; other team price changes may vary.

Ragnar Village functions as a weekend base with camping and social activities. Village features include a bonfire, band on Thursday night, music, yoga, s'mores, campfire games, food trucks, partner giveaways, prizes, team medals, finisher shirts, glamping and rent-a-tent options.
