Course, logistics and awards
The course uses laps: the marathon is six laps, the half is three laps, the 10k is roughly 1.5 laps of a prologue section, and the 5k is two laps of the prologue. Reported elevation gains are approximately 2500 feet for the marathon, 1250+ feet for the half, 550+ feet for the 10k, and 270 feet for the 5k. The marathon configuration passes a full aid station five times. Parking is at 228 Five Points Road; porta potties are available at the parking area and finish line. Free campsites are available at Forever Farm Saturday night.
Registration fees vary by field size; junior runners up to age 16 receive a 50% discount. Day-of registration is available for an additional fee and accepts Venmo, credit card, and cash. Food and drink are provided by named vendors; registered runners receive a free drink and a meal. Awards include top three male and female overall in each race, relay team prizes of $250, $150, and $75, and a commemorative finisher coaster for all finishers.
