Formats, distances and course
The event offers multiple ways to participate, including continuous timed options and single-lap attempts. Timed options allow running continuously for a specified duration; partial-lap additions are signed for extra miles if time allows. Timed runners may have pacers after ten hours. Some laps during the day have themes such as female, pride, costume, and glow-in-the-dark hours.

Aid station supplies will be a varied assortment carried over from other events, and participants may set up small crew areas near the start/finish.
