Quitcherbitchen' Trail Run takes place at Phipps Diamond X Park west of Billings. The event offers multiple measured trail courses that are clearly marked and supported by volunteers. Water and aid stations are available, but the event does not provide paper cups; participants should bring a hydration pack or water bottle.

Distances offered:

• 8 mile
• 6 mile
• 4 mile
• 2 mile

The 2 mile course is shorter and intended for participants with limited trail running experience, though it still includes typical trail features. Walkers are allowed in the last wave of either the 4 mile or 6 mile race; walkers are not permitted in the 8 mile race.

A cash giveaway totaling $600 is planned. Runners who reach the top of the course feature called the Beast and ring the Oh Hell Bell will receive $20. On the 8, 6, and 4 mile courses the first five female and first five male finishers at that location are listed for the award structure.

Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at the BaseCamp location at 1730 Grand Ave, Billings MT 59102; out of town participants may pick up packets on race morning at the race site or arrange for someone to pick up their packet on Friday. Awards are given to the overall top three men and women in each race. Refreshments and door prizes are provided after the event.
