The Puinduinrun is a challenging and scenic running event held in the Puinduinen area near Kijkduin, Den Haag, since 2004. Participants can choose from three distances: 3.5 km (1 lap), 7 km (2 laps), and 10.5 km (3 laps). The event tests runners' skills in technique, strength, endurance, and character, making it a true test of cross-country running. All finishers receive a unique memento, while the top three male and female runners in each distance category are awarded prizes, including cash for the longest distance.
