Portsea Twilight

Portsea Twilight is an annual running event held in January at Point Nepean National Park, with the start area at the Point Nepean Quarantine Station in Portsea, VIC. The course runs along the coast with views over Bass Strait and Port Phillip Bay and is free of vehicle traffic.

Distances offered:

  • 9.5K scenic course
  • 5.5K fast and flat course
  • Kids Dash

Entries include free parking, a Portsea Twilight cap for 9.5K and 5.5K participants and a finisher medal for Kids Dash participants. Electronic timing and a certificate are provided for timed distances. On course support includes first aid and drink stations.

The event features an event village with food trucks, a bar, live music and family friendly activities. Official event merchandise is available for collection at the event rather than mailed. Obstacle course weekend at Werribee Racecourse featuring Sprint 5 km, Super 10 km, kids races, community workouts and a 4 hour Hurricane Heat.

Sealed Handicap 15 km race at Barwon Valley Park in Belmont, Australia, with an alternative 5 km event and a mass start format.

An 8.2 km handicap race at Anglesea with start and finish at the Anglesea River mouth car park, sponsored by Moore Than Fitness.
