Pinecrest Run

The Pinecrest Run is an annual running event held in Pinecrest, California, set in the scenic Sierra Nevada mountains. Celebrating its 49th year in 2025, the event features a 5-mile recreational run that winds through the roads of Pinecrest and along the shores of Pinecrest Lake, offering beautiful natural views. There is also a shorter 1-mile fun run on pavement, suitable for all ages and abilities. The run serves as a fundraiser for the local Pinecrest Expedition Academy, a private school.
