PawPals 4 Life 5k

Event overview

The PawPals 4 Life is an in-person and virtual 5k scheduled for October 24, 2026. The in-person event takes place at Rock Springs Run State Reserve Trail, 30601 Wekiva River Road, Sorrento, FL 32776. Race information and logistics

All in-person participants receive the official race t-shirt and a finisher medal if they register by September 30, 2026 or until sizes sell out. Each participant and one guest receive park entrance with in-person registration. Parking is available in the park and is free. Packet pickup is listed at Front Running Sports from September 30 through October 2, 10am-7pm, with additional packet pickup on race day. The race will be timed and scored using a disposable chip attached to the back of the race bib. Virtual participants can track and upload times via a mobile application and will receive related instructions by email.

Dogs, rules and awards

Dogs may participate; registered dogs receive a matching dog medal and bandana. Pets must be confined, leashed (no more than six feet) or under physical control, and Florida law requires current rabies vaccination; proof may be requested at check-in. Awards include Overall Top 3 Adults (18+), Overall Top 3 Youth (17 and younger), Overall Top 3 PawPals, and Top 3 in standard age groups from 10 and younger through 85+.
