PawPals 4 Life 5K : Rock Springs Run State Reserve, Sorrento FL
The PawPals 4 Life 5K is a dog friendly off-road trail run of 5K (3.1 miles) held at Rock Springs Run State Reserve in Sorrento, Florida on October 24, 2026. The course is entirely off-road and may include soft sand, standing water, mud, rocks, roots, and wildlife; participants should expect typical trail conditions and the associated risks.
In-person race registration includes park admission for the participant and one guest, one participant entry and one dog entry into the 5K, a race t-shirt, a finisher medal for the participant, and a matching finisher medal and bandana for the registered dog. A parking pass is included with 5K registration. Additional dogs may be registered for an extra fee up to a maximum of four dogs per registered participant. Race registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Shirt sizes are guaranteed for those who register by September 1, 2026 or until the online inventory is sold out. A limited number of in-person participants is allowed.
The race will be timed and scored; in-person participants will use a disposable timing chip attached to the back of the race bib.
