OUTLAST INDIANAPOLIS : 6 Hour Trail Endurance Challenge
OUTLAST Indianapolis is a six hour trail endurance event held on 10/17/2026 at 3989 S 525 E, Columbus, IN 47203, US. The format requires participants to complete a 5K loop each hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to continue; athletes who miss a lap are removed from the event.
Course terrain is trail based and may include dirt, rocks, roots, elevation changes, occasional gravel, and some pavement. Aid is available at the basecamp or loop start with water, basic hydration, and snacks; the event is cupless so participants should bring their own bottle or hydration system. Tent setups for personal aid stations are permitted. Walking is allowed provided the 5K is completed within the hour.
Progress rewards are awarded by laps completed: a patch for four laps, a patch for five laps, and a premium OUTLAST medal for completing all six laps. All participants receive a premium OUTLAST tee. Finishers who complete all six laps receive a combined time used for local awards and national ranking. Top male and female finishers by combined 5K time win 1st Place OUTLAST awards at the event. The fastest times across the OUTLAST series are placed on a national leaderboard; the fastest overall across all events earns a $1,000 national prize. City champions and top national performers may qualify for the Outlast Championship.
