North Bay Road Race

The North Bay Road Race offers a set of road and trail events in Northern Ontario on September 12, 2026. All races are out-and-back courses that use closed-road sections and paved multi-use pathways.

Routes run along the Lake Nipissing waterfront and make extensive use of the Kate Pace Way. The half marathon continues onto Booth Road and Birchs Road with a final section returning toward Callander. The 5 km starts on Memorial Drive, follows the waterfront and includes roughly 0.5 km on the Kate Pace Way after a water and electrolyte aid station. The 10 km follows the same scenic route and extends farther along the flat, paved Kate Pace Way before turning back.

Event services include kit pick-up and race-day registration. Parking is organized with Memorial zones and Oak Street as overflow. The race partners with YMCA North Bay and the Fill The Bus campaign; a portion of each registration is donated to help send local children to camp. Local sponsors support the event.
