Natchez Trace Trail Run
The Natchez Trace Trail Run is a trail running event near Franklin, TN that offers multiple distance options and rucking divisions. The course includes long stretches of uninterrupted trail, cumulative elevation, and rugged sections that require steady pacing and attention to fueling.

Total field size is limited to 150 runners. Participants must stay on the designated trail at all times; leaving the trail, cutting the course, or using roads can result in disqualification. Pacers and outside aid are prohibited for all distances. Runners are required to carry their own hydration systems because aid stations may not provide cups. Leave No Trace principles apply and violations may lead to disqualification.
Crew support is restricted to designated rest stops and roadside stopping along the Natchez Trace Parkway is not permitted. Ruck divisions are separated into traditional rucking and a weighted vest division, with required minimum carried weights based on bodyweight and only approved weight types allowed.
