Natchez Trace Trail Run

Rules and support
- Participants must stay on the designated trail; cutting the course can lead to disqualification.
- Pacers and outside assistance are prohibited for all distances.
- Leave No Trace practices are enforced; tampering with markings or littering may result in disqualification.
- Support crews are allowed only at designated rest stops; roadside stopping on the parkway is not permitted.
HardRuck ruck divisions (2026)
- Two divisions: traditional rucking with a backpack and a weighted vest division.
- Weight requirements vary by bodyweight and approved weight types include steel ruck plates, vest blocks, and bumper plates.
- Weigh-ins are mandatory before the ruck events and random checks may occur on course.
